Times and hours are Wren’s estimates for a typical case, not quotes. Solicitor costs are those hours at £247 an hour, the courts’ guideline rate for a solicitor with over four years’ experience, outside London (GOV.UK, Solicitors' guideline hourly rates (in effect from 1 January 2026)). The guideline runs from £200 to £295 an hour outside London depending on experience, firms set their own rates, and VAT is added on top.
Solicitor figures are published typical figures, not quotes, and nobody can promise what you will save. Court fees are the same with or without a solicitor, and Wren’s subscription does not cover them. Wren gives legal information, not legal advice.
The terms in plain English
The free trial
Every tool is free for 14 days from when you create your account, and we do not ask for a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. When the free days end, your case is kept, and you choose a plan to carry on using it. One free trial per person.
Downloading a form
Downloading a filled-in form needs a paid plan. If you want to download one during your free days, you choose a plan and pay that day. The money-back guarantee still covers that first payment.
The money-back guarantee
If Wren is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No quibble and no reason needed. Your account page shows where to ask. This applies to the first payment on either plan, including the annual payment. Your subscription then ends.
Monthly or annual
Monthly is £19.99 a month. Annual is £199.99 a year, which is £39.89 less than twelve monthly payments. You can switch or cancel from your account.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your case information stays yours to download.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee is a refund of Wren’s own fee. It is not a promise about any court decision, and it does not cover court fees or anything you pay anyone else.
